1. General Information
The Institute of Environment Management was established in 2005. Its predecessor, the Institute of Environmental Sciences of Beijing Normal University, was very famous in the EIA and Environmental Planning domain. China’s first EIA and its first “International Conference on EIA” were organized by it. The Institute has received China’s A-class qualification for EIAs and SEAs. In recent years it has made breakthrough progress in the field of REIAs and SEAs.
